My Question or Issue

Can't connect to facebook and besides that, how to even add friend who doesn't have facebook account but use spotify?

If your account has been created through Facebook, you won't be able to link another Facebook profile to it. In case you're unsure about this, we'd recommend reaching out to our Support team here so they can take a look at your account.

Also, keep in mind that if you'd like to follow a user who doesn't use Facebook, you can search their username or display name to find their account.

Lastly, if you're unable to see any activity in your Friend Feed, we'd suggest following the steps you'll find here in order to check your host files.

Ok, so after a longer period of testing I can say that in the end it was possible to add people to the friend list, but it's not very intuitive experience.

First of all, user need to go to website settings and allow data gathering via facebook.
Then indeed "Find friends" works but again, looking for non-fb friends via song search field is very odd to say the least. Having some settings on webpage only is also odd.
