My Question or Issue

Hi everybody! Hope you are doing fine

Recently I've bought an Cloud Stinger Core Wireless 7.1 and I am experiencing some issues while using the Spotify with this headset.

The songs that I play to listen are crashing, like if there is happening some comunication issue with the device and the application. I have tested the headset with other applications (youtube, netflix) and this issue does not happen.

Also, I changed this headset for another one and the issue did not persists. So I could conclude that the problem is with the Cloud Stinger Core Wireless and the Spotify App.

Does anyone here experienced something similar? How could I fix it?

Can you perform a clean reinstall of the app? This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

If that doesn't do the trick, can you try to connect the headset to another device and see if the issue persist?
