Hi,

I was living in Portugal when I created my spotify account

Nearly three weeks ago i moved back to Germany and now I'd like to use Spotify Free again!

I do not have a mastercard or a paypal account!

Please help me

Can you not just change your country to Germany on your account profile? If you had a subscription and have a Portuguese payment card registered, you may need to remove it first from the payment method page.
