Spotify Windows fullscreen mode does not appear

My Question or Issue

i used to able to use fullscreen mode on the bottom right but it dissappeared. I did some research about it they saying you need to have premium account to use this feature but i already have an premium account. why i cant use that feature?

Hello friend. I can see it in right-bottom corner. What operating system you are using ? Are you talking about spotify in internet browser or you are talking about app ?

Thanks for reaching out to the Community and welcome!

If you're using the desktop app, could you let us know the exact Spotify version you're running?

If you're using the web player, the option to go to full screen mode only appears when playing a podcast that has video - you just need to click on the separating arrows icon on the top right corner of the video window.

It's 1.1.54.592.gc0b20638-a. I dont use web version i downloaded from Spotify.com. i also tried Microsoft store version but it was the same.

We can confirm that this option isn't available at the moment in the New Desktop Experience, which is the one you're using.
