My Question or Issue

I have been using spotify since 2019. I have spotify both on my phone and my laptop. Some while ago, Spotify started crashing on my iPhone (XR). I did everything i could. I restarted my phone, deleted Spotify and downloaded it again. Nothing ever worked. It has been 5 months now and it still keeps crashing. I was at least glad that it did not happen on my computer, which now it also does. It started happening like 2-3 weeks ago and this laptop is pretty new (i bought it last month) (HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-dk1xxx) Please help me i am very much at my limit.

Can you confirm if you performed a clean reinstall of the app? This is different from a quick reinstall and could be helpful to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.

If you did, can you let us know which version of the app you have?
