[Desktop] Will Spotify download and run on 32 bit Ubuntu?

I have an older 32 bit laptop running Ubuntu and I want to install Spotify. Do we have a 32 bit version of Spotify?

Hello @raf0154

There is no 32-bit Spotify unfortunately. I looked into it and even when you do find a 32bit Spotify file somewhere, there will most likely be dependency issues (it wants libcurl3) and it's also an ancient client.

There are people wiser than me discussing this here.

As an alternative, the Spotify web player should work just fine on your web browser. 🙂
