I have seen in other forums that with other VPN providers that if you change something simple in the configuration if it solves the problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Someone who can help me and has experience with cyberghost.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Did you perform &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Answers/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank"&gt;these&lt;/A&gt; steps when you reinstalled the app?&amp;nbsp;This is different from a quick reinstall and could be helpful to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Keep in mind that Spotify doesn't officially support VPN. Because of this there is the possibility that the app doesn't behave correctly, when used in combination with it.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You can submit an idea on our board though, that requests that VPN support is added. &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Answers/Idea-Exchange-How-can-I-submit-an-idea/ta-p/4863573" target="_blank"&gt;This&lt;/A&gt; page has all necessary steps. We'll post there the latest updates on the matter as soon as there are any.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You can submit an idea requesting VPN support&amp;nbsp;to our &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Idea-Submissions/idb-p/ideas_submissions/" target="_blank"&gt;Ideas board&lt;/A&gt; with the steps in the link shared above.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;In the meantime, we recommend disconnecting the VPN when using Spotify.&lt;/P&gt;
