(Windows) Ctrl-X broken in playlists

I see Ctrl-X is still part of the documentation, but it doesn't seem to work on the Windows client any longer.

Would be really, really nice if this got fixed, because moving tracks around in a big playlist by dragging and dropping is a real hassle.
