My Question or Issue

My Pop Up to change or pause the song I'm listening to just disappeared. I know that there's an option to visualize it or not (preferences), but I don't even have it anymore. I refer to the widget next to the volume one, that also appears when you turn up the volume. I either can't change the song with keys, I need to enter in the app to change the song. I want to know what can I do, thank you 😞

Let us know if this issue persists once you've performed a clean reinstall on the affected device. We recommend this step since it'll get you the latest app version with all necessary updates and remove any corrupted files from previous installations. Note that we recommend installing the app version from the Microsoft Store as it's the one best optimized for Windows 10.
