&lt;P&gt;This feature is still being rolled out which probably is the reason account H have the new update and&amp;nbsp;not account J.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Premium&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Operating System&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Windows 10&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hey, idk if is an "issue", but basically, when I access the account H (updated w the new UI) appears the new UI for me, and when I access the account J doesn't appear the new UI, and appears another version-&lt;BR /&gt;how can I update the account J? (ive check and isnt a software update)&lt;BR /&gt;help me pls&lt;/P&gt;</description>
