No more play Local Files?

My Question or Issue

I used to be able to play my local files in Spotify so I can have all of my music from Spotify and my computer in one place. Now it's completely gone with this new UI change. Why? Or am I missing something? It's really frustrating because it was so helpful to have something so easy to use. Thanks.

Local files are under Your Library->Playlists->Local Files
