Spotify keeps pausing

My Question or Issue

Spotify keeps pausing sometimes. It doesnt happens everytime but when it happens it keeps pausing too many times. When i switch to offline mode or turn off mobile data/wifi it doesnt pause anymore. It happens on my phone and my computer. How can i fix that. That is so annoying.

What most likely is happening is that your account is logged in an additional device, and someone else is pausing the music.

We'd recommend you run through the steps from this Support article, to ensure that you're the only one who has access to the account.

I think nobody using my account because the music is not changed by anyone it just pauses bu thanks for answer.

Thanks for the clarification.

In this case, could you let us know if you notice anything new after performing a clean reinstall of the app on both devices? This is often an overlooked step, but it can be helpful to get rid of any cache that might be causing trouble.

If this doesn't do the trick, could you ask a friend or a family member to log in to their personal account using your device to see if they can replicate this?
