Local files always dissapear

My Question or Issue

Yesterday I deleted Spotify, and made a new installation, because the local files dissapeared. Today, when I started Windows again, the local files are not available on Spotify again.

In the options Local files are green, but not in the menu and I can't add a source.

What can I do?

Now I know it. The local files are hidden in the library, and are no longer in the menu on the left.
