Constant notification every new action in Spotify. Android 8.0

Currently if I am listening music in the computer, the phone makes a notification sound multiple times (around 8 times) each time a new song is played or a new action is made in the spotify web player.

If you need any more detail I will provide it gladly.

Details:

Android 8.0

Version Spotify app: 8.4.30.688

One plus 3T

Chrome web player (haven't tried other, but the problems sometimes also appears when i am listening only in the phone)

If you go to settings in the app, you can change the notifications you want to receive.

Be sure to put it off in the app, not in the system settings, because else you won't get that music player notification (see picture).

The notification are not the problem, the thing is that I get 8 times my
notification sound but I don't have any notification apart from the one of
what is being played on the computer. I like having the notification but I
think it is a bug to be notified a lot of times each time I change to
another song. If I can, I will try to upload and share a video with the
problem.

That's a bug indeed.

I tried to recreate the situation (Chrome web player - Android) to see if I had the problem too, but the web player doesn't even work for me.

To open web player I go to: https://open.spotify.com/

and it doesn't give me any problem, maybe you are behind a proxy or something.

I have downloaded the local client and it does not reproduce the problem, so I think is only chrome <=> Android 8 related.
