Spotify Offline while on 4G network

Good day,

I used to have premium via my phone provider KPN. I´ve cancelled that contract and now have premium directly via Spotify. Account works fine, however it does not seem to be working whilst using 4G (or any other mobile network). Once I signin to WiFI the account works fine. I'm using the app for Android.

Please assist.

That's odd.

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.

Thanks for the reply. It helped that you added the link to the tutorial.

I deleted the app before just using the 'uninstall' option. Removing that other file has worked for some reason.

App is back and running 🙂 Thanks
