spotify cache resets after cleaning ram, force close program or restart phone. using on external storage, all permissions active (Camera, Contacts, Microphone, Phone, Storage) .

every time i have to login first, connect to internet back, and check downloads for offline listen. (music stays on sd card but but needs verification so not downloading again and again.)

tried full wipe, format sd card again and again. -i have to use in external because dont have enough space for other apps -

using android 7.1.2 on S4 Mini 3G 8GB with RR rom 21/10/2017

Spotify won't support custom ROMs so you should try RR support. If thy can't help, reflash the stock Samsung ROM and see if that fixes the issue.

Taking App to SDcard first, download music back and take back app to phone memory will work, musics will stay on sdcard but app can read them. i solved it. thx for answering back
