Playlist on Shuffle repeats tracks in single session

I created a playlist with 50+ songs in it. When I went to listen to it I put it on shuffle. Then I noticed that it will play the same songs multiple times before getting to the end of the playlist. Other songs I don't think ever play. I signed up for Spotify premium on the discounted 3 month rate and I am not impressed so far. Anyone know how to fix this playback issue?

I have the same issue, very irritating. Sometimes it will play a track, and then play it again a few songs later. This is on the Windows client.

I have a similar problem on my Android phone (I have Spotify Free). About 5 weeks ago, Shuffle Play started playing the SAME songs from my playlist every time I opened the app. Even on a 300+ song playlist, it always wants to play the same four or five songs EVERY time it starts. It does this on all of my playlists. So far no one has a solution. Anybody?

I worked with Spotify support. They changed my email address, migrated all
my stuff to a new account using my original email, had me login and verify,
then deleted the old account. I have fewer problems now. It is still not
perfect, but it is better.

I signed up for the 3 months of premium for $0.99 this month. I doubt I
will re-up. The service just isn't that great. The only reason I even tried
it out was for my Harmon Kardon Invoke speaker where Spotify is one of the
only supported services and premium is required.
