Wont recognize premium on android

i recently got premium and for some reason it wont recognize it on my samsung s 3.

it recognizes it on my desktop just not on my phone.

any help?

Hi there. Are you logging in with facebook? If so try logging out of spotify and back in a couple of times. If that doesn't work try changing your facebook password (not sure if that one will work but I've seen it suggested by others)

Hi, please could you try and clear the cache and data of the Android app? It could be that it is just using a cached copy of your account data 🙂
