    <description>&lt;P&gt;So I downloaded all my playlists to my phone locally and then I realized in settings that the download quality was on Normal. So I switched to Extreme. My question: Do I need to delete and re-download all playlists or will they convert to Extreme quality from normal? Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
