This is a problem with my girlfriend's Android app. First off, she can't stream Taylor Swift's songs and the downloads were removed, then I asked her to log out and log in again hoping it would solve the problem but it just removed the downloads of ALL songs.

Anyone encountered a similar problem? How did you solve it?
