On either device, tap the "i" icon, and then you should have a menu to allow you to turn shuffle on and off. Very frustrating as shuffle works on my windows and Mac machines.</P> <P>&nbsp;</P> <P>I have tried support but my devices aren't supported. One solution was to move some music into a new playlist and see it that would shufle play...that didn't work, plus the "trusty" clear data - re-install.
