I'm trying from Webplayer on a Windows 10 pc and the Spotify app on a oneplus 5t. I can cast from other apps like tunein with no problems but Spotify often does nothing despite the Chromecast showing up the connect to a device list. I've been able to get it to work by going into android settings and force stopping the Spotify app but this seems pretty heavy handed.
