    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you are listening to music on 3G, your phone will only use cellular data for the songs which you have &lt;U&gt;not&lt;/U&gt; downloaded. Assuming that you have cellular data access enabled for the Spotify app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would highly recommend&amp;nbsp;that you download&amp;nbsp;the songs you listen to most frequently to avoid using up a lot&amp;nbsp;of your cellular data or having the music cut out at times due to a bad network/cellular connection.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
