Hello! I have long been annoyed at being unable to save spotify on external memory card, but follow this tip, so it is perfectly fine, at least if you live in Sweden
I have the Samsung Galaxy S3 versin 4.0.2

Uninstall Spotify
Copy this link into your web browser on your phone on your phone
http://www.swedroid.se/forum/showthread.php?t=75682&page=2

Paste it and open the page
Go to page 2 number 22

Click the link to install the old Spotify on your phone.
Open Spotify but do not log in, select the back button and there you can select the location you want to save.
enter exactly this with uppercase and lowercase letters
/ mnt / extSdCard
close spotify and go into Google play and download the latest version.
Now it is saved on the external memory card. Hooray
