I think my account got hacked, I would be listening to music and randomly my music will switch to some talentless fool by the name of saucy beats, I've never listened to this artist and never will but my account keeps switching to his garbage. What is going on here? I've changed my password on both fb and spotify and it still changes, any tips? Is spotify going to actually help a paying customer??

Hey there!

A good way to fix this issue is by going to your account settings here:

https://www.spotify.com/account/

On the left-hand side, you should see a tab that says "Offline devices". You will be able to remove offline devices that are connected to your account.

Hi!

The same thing has been happening to me! I've tried removing my offline devices and that hasn't worked. The music seems to be coming from Web Player (Chrome). How do I fix this?

Please help!
