Spotify doesn't work on mobile

Hello,

I moved from Italy (where I was already using Spotify both on mobile and my computer) to Taiwan. After two weeks here, I went on Spotify's website to and changed the country to Taiwan so that I could continue using it with my free account. The problem is that, after this, it works fine on my computer but not on mobile, every song is grey and I can't listen to anything. I tried to turn off and on again both my phone and my wifi, connect it to different networks, reinstall the app, checked if itwas on "offline" mode (it wasn't), nothing, I can't find the problem. Can you help me?

could you please try and go through the reinstallation of spotify steps from the

tutorial here

if that click reference didn't work please follow the link below:

if your unable to be reverted to the website please follow the steps below:)

For Windows 10

Open Spotify and click File in the menu bar. Select Exit.
Click the Start button. Select Settings.
Open System.
Click Apps & features, then select Spotify.
Click Uninstall. Click Uninstall again in the pop-up to confirm.
Download and install Spotify from the Windows Apps store.

I seem to remember reading that spotify free was not available on mobile devices in Taiwan but maybe @shaf-4 can confirm this for you,

Hi there @Joe and @Giorgia03_

i believe the service is still the same in Taiwan as Taiwan is a spotify enabled country so you wouldn't require any 'other services' to change your country

if you click here it should let you know which countries have spotify
