    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you tried clearing the app cache and data from the app config screen? If not, try this:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Open Spotify;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Go to your library;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;In the upper right corner, click configuration button;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Scroll down all the way to the last options there and choose "Clear cache and saved data" (or something like that, since my Spotify app is in Brazilian Portuguese);&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Close the app and re-open it.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;See if this worked for you and let us know.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Problem with downloaded music</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The problem I have is that when I download music I can no longer delete them, when I press the slide next to download the icon of downloaded is still there an I still can lisent the songs offline.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
