Spotify app doesn't work

Hello.

I can't open the Spotify app anymore on my phone. I have a black screen, sometimes it's with the green loading circle. It doesn't respond. I removed it and downloaded again, didn't help.

I have a Xiaomi red note 4.

You should try restarting your phone. That might be the problem, happens to me sometimes too. And another thing you should try is make sure youre also connected to Wifi before opening it.

I am having the same problem. 😕 If someone could please help figure this out I will be very very happy and thankfull. Spotify is all I ever use for music since I can always use it offline but I don't want to continue paying for it if it doesn't even work on my moble device.

I have the same problem at my Galaxy S8+. Hope spotify give me some refound for this.
