Android App only Shows Black empty Start screen

After Starting the latest Update of Android App, only the Black Start screen is Shown and the App doesn't work. Even New Installation doesn't work. Any ideas?

So if the uninstall and reinstall did not work, I would try to download and older version of Spotify that did work for you. This will solve the problem and when Spotify comes out with another update then update it again and it will revert to the present Spotify.
