Offline song lagging

The songs i played offline are randomly lagging and buffering.

i tried reinstall the app but it doesn't help.

(huawei mate 9)

Welcome to the Community.

Let's review the following:

- How much available memory is there on your device (internal/SD card if applicable)?
- Do you have any cache-clearing apps?
- Did this happen after your phone restarted/battery died?
- Are the tracks stored on an SD card? If so, does switching to internal memory help?
- If they're storing on an SD card, do you have another SD card they could try instead?

If this does not help, let us know what OS and Spotify version are you rocking?
