&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Could you let us know your operating system and the Spotify version you're using? Did this happen after your phone restarted or your battery died?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;Could you go to Settings &amp;gt; Apps &amp;gt; Spotify &amp;gt; Permissions &amp;gt; and make sure that all permissions are enabled?&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;Additionally, if you have a battery saving mode on your device, make sure you've added Spotify as an exception.&lt;/DIV&gt;

&lt;DIV&gt;Lastly, we suggest you try a&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/using_spotify/troubleshooting2/reinstallation-of-spotify/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer"&gt;clean reinstall&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and see if it helps. This usually fixes most problems.&lt;/DIV&gt;
