HTC One V bug

I have this annoying bug on my new phone which drives me crazy since the phone is new. Please note I do have premium and all.

It started when I first intsalled it. I opened it and it said I had to be premuim to use it on phone. Now ever since then, its been a bug. Becuaes every time I open it, its just a pure white screen with one bar at the top where it just says Spotify. I cant use menu, I can't do nothing.

I've reinstalled, reset the phone, done everything I know off and in wont quit.

This is very bad, how do I fix it?

this worked for me :

(1) Uninstall spotify app from your phone
(2) Make sure all saved data is deleted from phone - applications data
(3) Restart Phone
(4) Go to http://m.spotify.com/us/
(5) Click on manually download to phone.
(6) Once download is complete, click and install
(7) Restart phone again

I can't complete number (5). I can't open the download that pops up?
