Music on SD Cards

I have a samsung S7 with a 64gb SD card; on that SD card is a folder called music. Unsurprisinly ths folder contains all my MP3s. This SD card was originally from another phone.

I've installed Spotify onto the S7 and whilst the app points to the SD card, doesnt allow me to choose a path so i can point it to SD Card > Music to pick up the music file.

How can I get spotify to recognise this location for all the music on the SD card.

Sadly Spotify does not support playing local stored mp3 files in the mobile app. But you can vote for this idea on the community ideas board. If it gathers enough votes, Spotify will consider implementing it.
