Won't stop playing music when bluetooth devide disconnected

Hello,

I use Spotify (premium) on my Android phone to stream music in my car, using bluetooth.

What happens is when I turn the car off, usually Spotify goes to pause, but now it resumes the music on my cell phones speakers instead.

Also when I get a call, music keeps playing during the call, when trying to quickly shut down all background applications it still continues to play, so I have to manually enter Spotify and press the pause key, kind of embarassing.

I'm running Spotify v. 8.4.39.673 armV7 on my Samsung Note8 running Android 7.1.1

It was fine a few days ago, and now it's really annoying 😕

Any help would be appreciated!

I've been having the same problem lately, but I can't tell if it's the update to Android O or a spotify update. Also, the title information in the app itself and in the infotainment system of my car is not updated.
