Hi.. I use Spotify android TV app on my nvi dia shield. I've noticed that sound is quite poor on some songs . I've also installed standard android Spotify app and those songs sound is better. Could you please help?

I've the same issue:

I use spotify on my mac, I can play music on my NVIDA SHIELD TV connected to a Sony Amplifier (using HDMI cable) or directly on the Amplifier using Spotify Connect.

Amplifier and speakers and their settings are the same, but when I play music on SHIELD TV the sound is flat.

no idea on how to improve SHIELD TV quality

Same problem is happening to me on Android TV built into the Sony X850D. I would love to know of a solution.
