Full playlist won't shuffle

I have a playlist of 225 songs. But when I try to shuffle it, only the first 50 or so songs are able to appear in the shuffled playing list.

I pay for premium, so this is super annoying

I play spotify on my Google home devise so I tell it to shuffle my library. Everytime I do this it plays the same songs with a different one every once in a while. I find this very annoying also. I have almost 600 songs in my library.
