Offline content turns green (ok to listen to) or gray (can't listen to) even though I have redowloaded several times. And, the few songs I have been able to save to offline content I have had to download through 3G because it doesn't work with WiFi. I don't want to cancel my subscription and need help in solving this problem! <span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:">🙂</span> I'm scared to update my device and even more scared to download through 3G (what if it starts to do so automatically?) and I'll have to pay for the internet traffic???
