Android Won't Download Playlists

So here's the deal:

Yesterday Spotify on my PC kept giving me issues, saying it was offline when I had a strong WiFi connection. I uninstalled and reinstalled Spotify several times to figure out that mess. I finally got things back to normal when Spotify decided to freak out on my phone (Galaxy S Blaze, Gingerbread). My playlists show up, but none of them are downloaded. I press download and get a pop up on the phone saying since I'm not a premium member, I can only sync local files. I hit okay, and the download sits at 0% for hours. On my PC, the phone doesn't even show up under Devices. I double checked to make sure that both the phone and PC are logged into the same account and on the same WiFi.

I've tried uninstalling the app on my phone, clearing the data, unmounting the SD card, nothing seems to work.

Any other ideas or advice would be greatly appreciated!
