Hello All together,

@1st: my english isn't very good ( i'm a german)

@2nd: i have a spotify premium account i pay for it 6 months or 7 months and i have yesterday the problem that my mobile version of spotify do not play the songs that i have saved.

a message came up and says i must have be a premium account but i have pay it . and in the profilinformationsystem there are standing that they will grab my money again on 30-1-2013 . so the premium account work but i cant hear music mobile and now i have seen that my pc version became a advertising (dont click on the link i have used google for searching for word "werbung")

need help please what can i do

i can buy the upgrade for my account
