Music Way too low

I have the latest version of Spotify and i am using the One Plus 5t. I used the 3t from OnePlus before and had the same problem. If i listen to music i need to have my phone on maximum power and its still not loud enough. And for everyone here who wants to be cool, NO, i do not need to visit my doctor, my ears are prob better than the ones of the most people here. I already tried the option to make avery song the same level and put it to loud instead of normal, but no difference, even if i turn this feature off.

On my 3t i have experienced some moments and days, where my music was perfectly loud and i needed to lower it to 75% volume, otherwise it would have hurt. So please someone here can help me!

Does the same thing happen when using another device? Also, can you try to reinstall the app by following these steps? This might help.
