Local Files do not sync at all

Hello,

so I wanted to download a couple songs on my phone, and it doesn't work.

It worked a couple of days ago, but now it doesn't work.

I already read multiple threads about it but nothing worked.

- Phone and PC are in the same network

- UPnP is enabled

- PC is discoverable

- Limit of max local files are not surpassed

- turned of firewall completely

- Restarts

I really don't want to delete my app and lose all my other local files as well potentially.
Is there any way to fix this issue ? Had it for years on and off with no solution in sight.

EDIT: When I toggle download off on the playlist, it deletes a couple of songs. When I toggle it back on, it straight up ignores the local files and only downloads the Spotify songs. The PC doesn't seem to send any data.

Fixed it by turning Windows Defender and the Firewall off COMPLETELY (temporarily) and restarting both my phone and PC multiple times. It worked for some reason now.
