Synchronization error Android (Galaxy Nexus Jelly Bean 4.2.1)

Hi everyone,

everytime I start the spotify app I get a "synchronization error" and all playlists disappear on my Galaxy Nexus.

When I try to synchronize the phone with the desktop my Wlan gets a connectivity error and I have to reconnect the wifi stick. (not the main problem)

After the playlist download worked (finally) it´s working for one day or so and then I get the synchronization error again.

I reinstalled the app already but it did not help.

Has anyone the same issues or maybe even a solution for this?

I'm no android expert, but I would suggest you try following all the steps in the android troubleshooting guide to see if that helps.
