Auto download when connected to Wi-Fi

Hi,

My Spotiify settings are set to restrict download of offline playlists to Wi-Fi only. Even though all myoffline playlists are already downloaded

Spotify now and then starts to download music when connected to Wi-Fi. Since it's not possible to see what's being downloaded I wonder what's going on. Somone else who has seen this and can explain?

Sounds like you're experiencing the offline tracks bug. There's a sticky about this at the top of the forum. You could try a clean install as part the troubleshooting guide to see if this helps.

Sorry not understanding where the "sticky" is about this for more information but do I need to delete off my phone and reinstall?
My phone says it is trying to install 298 songs. And I do not know what to do to get it to stop automatically downloading.

Not sure where this "sticky" is but can someone please link to it? I am using an iPhone and experiencing the same problem.
