topic Spotify S3 Frontier App in Android

I just recently picked up a S3 Frontier so I can listen to music without my phone. I have the Wifi/bluetooth only version of the watch and downloaded the spotify app, logged in and told it to download my library via the watch. Now when I head into work with my phone not near by and it connects to my works WiFi, it forgets that I already downloaded music to play offline but requires me to redownload it again wasting more time and space on my watch. Is there something I am missing/doing wrong?
