I have been using Spotify for two months now, I've kept my library very small, and have not downloaded anything to my phone. Sooooooo why is the app taking up 3GB?? Is there some way to change this? Can I reduce the amount of storage this app is using somehow. I can't transfer it to my SD card my phone won't allow that option, so I really need to figure this out if I'm going to continue using this app. I'm really frustrated/disappointed.

In the settings there is an option to delete all of the cached data. I think it allows itself to use some percentage of free space, but unlike on desktop, it doesnt allow you to specify how much. If you need to free up some space, go to >Your Library > Settings then scroll to the bottom and press "Delete cache and saved data".

So that helped a tiny bit but the app still takes up 3GB it's unusual for
an app to be so large. I know it takes up more space with each update, but
something seems odd.

Do you have any other suggestions, does Spotify require 3GB space for the basic app?
