app doesnt work no longer after being updated

Hey there,

before i updated the app, everything was fine. Since then my phone can´t open the app any longer. the app goes down and the phone says ´spotify doesn´t answer´ or something like that- is there any help?

Can you let us know what device/operating system and Spotify version you're currently using? Also, could you Make sure there’s enough free space on the device’s memory (we recommend at least 1GB)?

Hi MJ,

after the new update on my S3 mini android I can't log in anymore. It keeps telling me that I'm currently offline, but i'm not (couldn't have changed the password to try whether it would change anything). I have a premium account and use spotify mostly offline. can't turn it online without logging in.
