Songs Not Playing

Hello,

So Ive been having problem with playing my songs while offline. My songs seem to download fine, then when Im offline they'll play the first few seconds of the song and then stop.. or not even play at all.

Ive tried to delete my cache, change the storage from my phone to my SD card and vice versa and I also deleted and reinstalled the app. I just got a brand new phone yesterday and its doing the same thing!

Note: I do have the same SD card from my old phone.

I never had this problem before, but what you can try is removing your deviced from your authorised 'offline' devices list and then re-enableing it by downloading your songs again.

To do this, go to your account on spotify.com, on the side-bar choose 'offline devices'. Click 'remove all devides'.

On the side bar again go to 'account overview' and click 'sign out everywhere'

Go back to you device. Log on and resync/redownload the songs you wish.

I tried, and unfortunately its still not working.

Ive honestly tried everything and I'm not sre what the issue is.

I even tried taking out my SD card to see if that was an issue. I deleted all the data off my phone and tried to re download my songs and theyre still not playing.
