    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The solution is to &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;clear the cache and data of the Spotify app:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Step 1. From a Home screen, touch and swipe up or down to display all apps.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Step 2. Tap on Settings.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Step 3. Tap on Apps.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Step 4. Scroll down and tap Spotify app.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Step 5. Tap Storage.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Step 6. Tap Clear cache.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Step 7. Tap Reset app preferences ,then follow the prompt to proceed with the reset&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Most Importantly, To clear the cache and data of the Bluetooth app:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Step 1.       <title>Bluetooth play/pause button not working with latest update</title>

      <description>V8.4.4.810&lt;BR /&gt;Samsung Note 4&lt;BR /&gt;Android 6.0.1&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I listen to music over my car's Bluetooth and my car has a single play/pause button. That button is expected to pause the music if it's playing and play the music if it's currently paused. In my other apps this is behaving as expected. But in the Spotify app right now it will only play the music. If it is currently playing and I tap that button the music will stutter but not pause.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I know this was working for me with the Spotify app in the past but I don't know if I have seen it work as expected with this specific phone. I recently changed phones and I don't recall if I have seen it work since I switched.</description>
