Cannot switch with Device Connect

Home PC Version: 1.0.77.338.g758ebd78

I accidentally switched playing device from Android to my work PC and I had no longer been able to switch it back. Playback (I think) did not start on my work PC thus not letting me switch back to my Android (apparently I need to start playing music before switching devices). I had to boot my home PC to be able to switch devices. This is RIDICULOUS. If I were not at home I would have been unable to use spotify for who knows how many houjrs.

I am sure there are security reasons why some of the issues happen but this is experience ruining. It happened a few times already.
