Facebook share- invalid oauth access token

Haven't been able to share anything to Facebook from Spotify using the share button. I get the error message "invalid oauth access token" - and from a Google search many others have had this issue going back to at least 2013. I log in to my Spotify account using Facebook exclusively so there should be no issue. I'm running Android 7.0 on a Galaxy S7. Software version G930PVPS5BRA1. Spotify, Facebook, and the system are up to date.

And now the Facebook sharing option is not even available anymore for me, please someone from Spotify could clarify what's going on?
